It’s tuesday! Don’t have a lot to report, I had Saturday and Sunday off yeppie. Mom and Dad came down for a quick visit which was nice. Other than that I didn’t do a whole lot. Had dinner at at East Blvd last night. Always fun to go eat and talk to Rex and the gang. Watched BSG and Sara Jane and Doctor Who. So I got my sci fi fill for the week. I’m still impressed with the BSG story line. I need to download the podcast for BSG and get some of the inside dirt. I’m not sure how much I like the Doctors new side kick. She is something new and different from Rose and Martha. (big E your thoughts ?) I guess that’s about it I should get a dr. pepper and get ready for my 10:00am meeting. Joy.

I kind of like the new companion on doctor who. She doesn’t have the same puppy love for the doctor that the last two had. I believe that she is also a fantastic plot device that helps point out exactly how un-human the doctor is. that said her personality does take some getting used to. i know im a couple weeks ahead of what you are watching so wont give any spoilers… but she does grow as a character as the story progresses. the only thing i will say is that episode six is not to be missed for any reason.ANY REASON. nuff said

I must admit I did like her in Pompey one. She was very much the heart of that episode. Also she is not cute and pretty as the others. So I do thing she has possibilities to take that character a different direction. I won’t miss #6.
