I have been thinking as of late about ego.  How much is good when is it too much.  I must admit I have a bit of an ego but nothing compared to some of the people I work with.  Why do some people away have to one up all the time. I know this sound a bit like sour grape, but I don’t think this is the case.  I truly think some people are in love with the sound of their own voice.
