If you are looking for a great comic to read Fables is a highly recommended series.

Fables is a comic book about all the characters that we grew up with like little red riding hood, snow white, prince charming… after their story book ending. In the world of Fables all our beloved characters have been kicked out of the happily ever after world and are forced to live among the normal in “our” world. They are immortal and have split into to groups. The human looking ones live in new your in a private community called fabletown, and the non humanoids live on a preserve in upstate NY called the farm. this book chronicles their tales in the world of Fables.

I have not really taken the time to write much as of late.  I have been posting stuff about gay marriage and some political stuff.  But I have not really taken any time to write much about what’s going on with me.  The past few weeks have been crazy with work.  The news about corporate is not all that reassuring but I’m not really to scared for my job.  I have been working like crazy on several projects all of which seem like they have no end.  However, I think thing will get much easier starting the middle of next week,

I just finished a fantastic meal at Hotel Charlotte.  We invited our buddy Ian to come along and that was a total blast.  I had a few beers and some crab cakes and that seem to make up for the day lone without food.  I did have a Dr. Pepper and a Moon Pie which I lifted from the box the blind guy who sits 2 cubs over from me keeps on his desk.  I’m sure he wont mind.  In many way he is the coolest guy I work with.  We seem to mesh well.  It’s funny the people at Star Bucks can’t figure out if we are a gay couple (he holds onto my arm when we go for coffee) or if he’s blind.  We play it up some and its a blast.

The weather here in Charlotte has been getting hot.  I have need to do something with the yard it looks like shit at the moment.  The people who moved into the 3 Million dollar hose next door have a kid who keeps knocking lacrosse balls over the 10 fee privacy fence.  Rudy the dog loves to play with them.  It’s cute until he drops one down the stairs. 

Well I think I will run and watch a little Tv before my buzz wares off.
